Pre-launch draft. The known-issues list below is real and current, taken from an audit of this site on 4 September 2026. Update it as the issues are fixed, and delete this notice once the page has been reviewed.

Our commitment
We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, navigate by keyboard, rely on captions, or need to increase text size or contrast. We treat accessibility as part of building the site rather than something added afterwards.
The standard we aim for
We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That standard covers things like colour contrast, keyboard access, meaningful headings, text alternatives for images, and forms that are properly labelled.
Where we currently stand
We are being straightforward about this: the site does not fully meet Level AA yet. We audited every page on 4 September 2026 and found a set of issues we are working through. The main ones are:
- Text contrast. Several pieces of body text, small print, and form labels sit below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio the standard requires. The pricing page’s smallest text and the contact page’s field labels are the clearest examples.
- Button contrast. The main call-to-action button on some service pages does not have enough contrast between its label and its background.
- Focus indicator. The outline shown when you move through the page by keyboard is fainter than it should be, which makes it hard to tell where you are.
- Heading order. A few pages skip heading levels or are missing a top-level heading, which makes navigating by headings in a screen reader less reliable.
- Current page in the menu. The navigation does not visually indicate which page you are on.
- Mobile layout. One page does not adjust its spacing and heading size for small screens.
We are fixing these, and we will update this page as we go rather than waiting until everything is done.
What already works
- The site can be navigated with a keyboard.
- Page structure uses real headings, lists, and landmarks rather than styled text.
- Text reflows and remains readable when you zoom in or increase your browser’s text size.
- The site works with the browser or operating system set to a dark colour scheme.
- Dark text on light backgrounds across most of the site exceeds the standard comfortably.
Tell us if something does not work
If you hit a barrier on this site, we want to know — it is the fastest way for us to find problems an audit missed. Email hello@dentisthub.ai and tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. If you can, mention the browser and any assistive technology you were using.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within [RESPONSE TIME — e.g. five working days] and will tell you what we plan to do about it. If you need something on this site in a different format, ask us and we will do our best to provide it.
Third-party content
Some parts of the site are built with third-party software, including our page builder, our form tool, and our cookie notice. We do not control their code directly, but we do choose which to use, and we raise accessibility problems with their makers where we find them.
This statement
This statement was prepared on 4 September 2026 following an internal audit of every page on the site. It was not prepared by an external accessibility auditor. [CONSIDER an external audit before launch, and add any formal conformance claim your jurisdiction requires here.]
